Create user API

I was going through the P9 APIary link , but did not found any Create User related api, please reply if user Create/update/delete apis are there.

Happy to announce that you can now use the P9 API to read, create, update and delete Dashboard or MSP Control Panel users.

Currently there isn't API for CRUD of users, sorry. But since there is a need, we'll put it in there :-)
