Is there also an advancement available on the reports to reflect sla was met on all assets for ever ?

SLA Customers
Customers are different, and as such have different agreements, beign able to see a status specified in the MSP interface, would also go a long way. It could be anything from just coloring the customers name to coulour backgrounds.
