API hooks for help requests

Would like to be able to get webhooks and API access for help requests made through the tray icons so we can convert them to tickets in our CRM.

API has been updated to allow you to list submitted messages (https://panorama9.docs.apiary.io/reference/messages). We're planning additional endpoints, such as allowing you to mark message as read, only list unread message and choosing how far back in time you wish to see messages from.

Thank you for your request. It is unfortunately not possible to do that at the moment. We are looking into it and it might be available in the future
