Centralized Scripts Repository

Currently each Client has their own Scripts Repository.  It would be much better if Scripts were global or perhaps just introduce the concept of Global Scripts that are available to all Clients.  Right now if we create a script, we have to add that to each Client and if we update the script, again we have to update it in each client.  Most scripts are common to all clients and should be global and centrally managed.
