The Panorama9 system supports computers running Mac OS X 10.6 or newer. Once the Panorama9 agent is installed it will instantly begin collecting information about the machine and report to the Panorama9 cloud. The agent will automatically update itself when a new version becomes available.

Install the P9 agent on your own machine
The latest version of the Panorama9 agent for Mac OS X can be downloaded through the Panorama9 dashboard.
The Panorama9 agent for Mac OS X comes as an easy to install .dmg package - double click on the downloaded installer and follow the instructions. When started the agent runs as a Launch Daemon and communication with the Panorama9 cloud is done through HTTPS - authenticating both the agent running on the device and the cloud.
Uninstall the P9 agent
Should you later need to uninstall the Panorama9 agent for Mac OS X, just use the uninstall option or open Terminal and do:
sudo /Library/Panorama9/scripts/uninstall.sh
or use the uninstaller on the disk image as shown in the picture above.
Support for OS X 10.10 Yosemite has been added to the P9 agent version 1.3.6.39 or newer. If the P9 agent is already installed it will automatically update to latest version with support for Yosemite.
The P9 connect feature that allows you to remote control your OS X depends on Java, but the beta version of Yosemite requires you to install this manually. Java8 will support and install on Yosemite, so download latest build of Java JDK from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk10-downloads-4416644.html
P9 connect is confirmed to work with Java 8u40 Build b05.
Hi, We are testing P9, a 10.9 machine worked instantly but two 10.10 machines fail to work. The menu bar item has an ! against the logo. Running the status script says:-

Running the start script gives the error:-

It sounds like the system is running on an old agent version, please try to force the agent to update.
To force update, do:
sudo /Library/Panorama9/update.sh

Hi, I'm testing P9 connect version 1.3.6.56 on Yosemite 10.10.1 with JRE 8u40 b20
However, as soon I set to allow for remote assistance I'm getting a message 'To view this web content, you need to install the Java Runtime Environment'. The dependency on Java seems a bit of a shame.

The Java version need to be Java8 JDK to run P9 connect, if this still doesn't work can you then try to run "$ java -version" and forward the output to support@panorama9.com

Thanks for the terminal command sudo /Library/Panorama9/scripts/uninstall.sh to get rid of the P9 icon and status spot from the menu bar! That worked perfectly. I am running macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 (17C88) on a MacBook Air
